We take patient safety seriously. We put procedures in place to sanitize all contact areas between patients visits. Rigorous cleaning procedures are also performed daily. We also implemented the rules below to protect everyone who visits New York Hearing Center.

The maximum number of patient groups in the waiting area is limited to 2.
Visitors will be temperature checked and must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer when arriving in the office.
All staff and patients must always wear masks in the office.
Patients are limited to one parent/caregiver to minimize crowding.
No eating or drinking in the office (except water).
Our Manhattan location is located in the heart of Chinatown, only blocks away from the B,D,J,M,N,Q,R,W,Z,6 subway lines. Our Sunset Park, Brooklyn location is only blocks away from the N train line and the B9 & B70 bus routes.
